Friday

7:00 p.m. Arrive at Treasure Island - Unpack and Unload. Grand Howl, Flag. Recruit crew and stow gear aboard ship. Explore smugglers cove and surrounding island.

8:45 p.m. Game: "Run-Outs"

9:45 p.m. Supper. Wash. Smuggle through Customs. Board Ship. (Bed)

Wet Weather Programme

As dry programme until 8:45 p.m. Indoor games.

 

Saturday

7:30 a.m. Rise, dress, wash, morning exercises.

8:15 a.m. Enter Galley (Breakfast) Work Sixes.

9: 15 a.m. Communicators Badge - How to use telephone, make emergency call.

10:00 a.m. Boarding action - Archery and Cork Guns and Tuck Ship.

11:00 a.m. Refreshments.

12:15 p.m. Lunch. Work Sixes.

1:30 p.m. ½ Hour Rest with Raksha.

2:00 p.m. Prepare for voyage - Making ships flag, swords, eye patches, parrots and decorating ships.

3:00 p.m. Game: "Buried Treasure" and making treasure maps.

4:00 p.m. Continue with voyage preparations. "AH–HAR – Pieces of Eight" and "Land Ahoy!" Contest.
(If time – Communicators Badge – Semaphore with ships flags)

5:00 p.m. FREE TIME

5:45 p.m. Tea. Work Sixes.

7:00 p.m. Cannonball Battle - Non Stop Cricket.

8:00 p.m. Camp Fire.

9:00 p.m. Return to Peg-Leg Pete’s Pub for Pirates for Tavern Sing-Song.

9:30 p.m. Supper. Wash. Smuggle through Customs. Board Ship (Bed)

As dry programme but all indoors (except for archery and cork guns).

 

Sunday

7:30 a.m. Rise, dress, wash, morning exercises.

8:15 a.m. Enter Galley (Breakfast). Work Sixes

9:15 a.m. Communicators Badge - Signalling to shore - Morse Code, Secret Codes

9:45 a.m. Break for Scouts Own.

10:15 a.m. Communicators Badge - Signalling to shore - Secret Codes, Memorise Message.

11:15 a.m. Refreshments.

11:45 a.m. Treasure Hunt (with Treasure Map and ‘Pieces of Eight’)

1:00 p.m. Lunch. Work Sixes

2:30 p.m. Battle with the Navy - Game with ships against Leaders ship - Relay Race Plunder the Gold - Game

3:30 p.m. Pirates Battle - Water Fight

4:30 p.m. FREE TIME (Tuck).

5:00 p.m. Tea. Work Sixes.

6:15 p.m. Visitor - Buried treasure and gold coins.

7:15 p.m. Communicators Badge - Recalling Message, making ship-to-ship telephones.

7:45 p.m. Game - Steal the Gold - Variant of Run-Outs.

8:45 p.m. Blind Trail

9:30 p.m. Supper. Wash. Board Ship (Bed).

As dry Programme until 2:30 p.m. Indoor battle and game.
Alternative Programme 6:15 p.m. Making and using Catapults.

7:45 a.m. Rise, dress, wash, morning exercises.

8:15 a.m. Enter Galley (Breakfast). Work Sixes.

9:15 a.m. Ensure no trace of Pirate Activity is left on the Island.

11:00 a.m. Refreshments.

11:30 a.m. Either Continue Clearing or Game - Deck and Life.

12:00 p.m. Grand Howl, Flag, Badges.

12:30 p.m. Leave Port for Home.
